In 2024, the festival embraced a new identity as the Ooidonk Art Festival (OAF), a name that reflects its deep connection to the region and its commitment to celebrating contemporary art within a historic framework. This rebranding signifies the festival's evolution into a permanent fixture on the cultural calendar, dedicated to showcasing both established and emerging artists in an inspiring setting. The 2024 edition ran from May 18 to September 15, 2024 with 48 artists split up in a Part 1 and Part 2, making two totally different exhibitions under the same heading. In addition to the summer bar a pop-up restaurant “VuurWerk” was established with a focus on outdoor cooking, open fire and pure products.
